Lifelong nurseryman Jim Berry will take a look back over nearly 40 years of our industry and provide insights into the current status of planting trends. Looking from a global perspective, he will project what we might see in our future as plants evolve culturally.
BIO: Jim Berry has more than forty years of experience in the nursery industry. During his tenure Jim has been an active member in many professional organizations including HRI, SNA and IPPS as a past president and has the distinction of being both an IPPS-SR Fellows and recipient of the Sydney B. Meadows Award. In 2006, Jim and son Jonathan Berry founded J. Berry Nursery with the vision of bringing high-value plants to the market. Jim's lifetime of horticulture experience, combined with Jonathan's successful career as an entrepreneur, made their vision today's reality. J.
