The International Plant Production Society (IPPS) Southern Region is excited to announce that registration is open for the 2025 Annual Meeting 19-23 October 2025.

This event promises a comprehensive program featuring educational sessions, networking opportunities, and two full days of tours to prominent horticultural sites. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we invite members and industry professionals to join us in Orlando to honor this milestone and contribute to the ongoing growth and innovation in plant production.

2025 Live and Silent Auction
Auction donations will be accepted in Diamond 1–2.
Drop off items at the following times:
- Sunday, October 19: 4:00–8:00 PM
- Monday, October 20: Noon–9:00 PM
The Silent Auction will be open on Tuesday, October 21, from 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.
The excitement continues with the Live Auction, which begins immediately following the Awards Banquet on Tuesday evening, October 21, from 7:30–9:00 PM.
Auction Checkout will be held from 9:00–11:00 PM that same evening.
A note from the auction coordinators Dr. Jeb Field & Dr. Chris Marble: “The plant auctions are always a highlight of the week. Southern Region IPPS Auctions are the best place to find the most unique plants, or the next big thing. More than that, we see year in and year out, young people expanding their enthusiasm through finding something at the auction they have never seen before – literally spring boarding careers and lifelong passions. These plants not only generate financial support for the organization, but also help bring students and new members to the conference with scholarships.
With this in mind, we would like to formally request donations to the plant auction this year. IPPS Southern region has so many amazing supporters, from producers, to universities, to botanical gardens and everyone in between, and we are thrilled to see what you donate. Each year we strive to surpass the previous year, not for greed or accolade, but for the advancement of this organization. If you need anything from us, please do not hesitate to reach out.
