President Michael Roe called the meeting to order at 9:15 am He recalled Brie Arthur asking him to
serve as SRNA President – and seeing his life flash before his eyes. But it has been an epic experience! We all
have each other’s backs – and SRNA works as a team in getting stuff accomplished. At the core of the SRNA is
the trio of Secretary-Treasurer Donna Foster, Digital Communications Director Brie Arthur, and Editor Fred
Davies. This has been a highly successful meeting with 252 registered attendees, 262 paying members, 36 new
members, excellent nursery tours, and the educational program – chaired by Anthony Witcher. This is the 50th
year of the SRNA as an organization – and our 49th meeting, due to Covid cancelling the 2020 meeting.
UPDATED 2026 IPPS SRNA Operations Manual
IPPS- Southern Region of North America Operations Manual. There shall be a manual that specifies the
standard operating policies and procedures (SOP) of the Region and serves as a reference on all matters
of the Region’s operation. The manual may be amended or revised at the discretion of the Executive
Committee at any regularly called meeting.
