2026 IPPS Meeting Calendar
The 2026 IPPS Regional Meeting Calendar highlights a full year of educational programs, technical tours, and networking opportunities across North America. Each regional meeting offers in-depth learning led by industry experts, behind-the-scenes access to leading nurseries and research facilities, and valuable time to connect with peers. Whether you’re new to IPPS or a longtime member, the 2026 calendar provides multiple ways to grow your knowledge, expand your network, and stay engaged with the plant production community.
Future Southern Region Annual Meetings
The IPPS Southern Region has an exciting lineup of meetings ahead! In 2026, we’ll gather in Houston, TX, followed by Charlottesville, VA in 2027. Planning is already underway for our 2028 and 2029 meetings, ensuring continued opportunities for learning, networking, and exploring exceptional nurseries across the region.
And looking even further ahead, we’re thrilled to share that IPPS-SR will host the International Tour in 2030! It’s an exciting time to be part of our community, and we can’t wait to see these events come to life.

IPPS North American Happy Hour at Cultivate ’26
Join fellow plant professionals for the third annual IPPS North American Happy Hour at Cultivate ’26 on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 5–6 pm. Unwind after a full day on the show floor with drinks, conversation, and great company at The Big Bar on Two inside the Hyatt Regency Columbus. This casual gathering is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, welcome new faces, and celebrate the strength of the IPPS community in a relaxed setting.
